The Mariemont Community Church Holiday Events:

Mariemont Parish Center where the MCC meets

Sunday services are in the Parish Center building on Plainville at 9 and 11am.  The Chapel is used for special occasions – weddings, funerals, Village Tree Lighting and Christmas Eve services are a few.  Current information for events and videos of our Sunday messages are available on our website – mariemontchurch.org.

• Village Tree Lighting – Saturday, December 6th | 6:45 & 7:25pm Concerts in the Chapel
  • We love joining the Mariemont Preschool Parents’ Group, community volunteers and the Village Church of Mariemont to make this a special evening. This year we will offer a concert, The Heart of Christmas, which will feature classical, jazz and traditional Christmas music featuring gifted musicians. Join us to celebrate the meaning of Christmas.

• Candlelight Christmas Eve Services – Wednesday, December 24th | 4pm, 5pm & 6pm in the Chapel
  • We invite you to join us for a special, intimate family service featuring the Christmas Story from the Gospels and traditional Christmas carols and worship music by candlelight.
• Reading through the Bible – Sunday, January 18th – Saturday, January 31st | 4-10pm daily
  • We invite you to sign up for a 20-minute shift, to read through the entire Bible. Last year this was a great blessing. You are also welcome to stop by to listen as others read.  Please email lois@mariemontchurch.org to sign up to read.
• Current Series: Family Business – Sundays November 16 to December 28
  • Looking at Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, we will study God’s vision for us as families including all shapes and styles of families represented in our congregation. We will also look at the glorious destiny he has promised for those who trust in him – a place in his forever family. We will also look at some of our mistakes and difficulties, and learn to seek his grace, which always enables us to overcome – together! We will devote ourselves to building strong families.
