Complex Across the Street from Proposed Location
The Mariemont Planning Commission recently gave the final stamp of approval to Rick Greiwe’s new condo development, Nolan Park, at West Street and Madisonville Road. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall and the complex will consist of 27 luxury condos ranging in cost between $425,000 and $1,000,000.
