Mariemont has Fallen in the Community Rankings in Cincy Magazine

Each year Cincy Magazine ranks the top 50 Cincinnati area communities. Mariemont’s ranking seems to be in a free-fall.  See the worrisome figures below.

Although this may not paint an accurate picture, perception is one factor in maintaining real-estate values and the magnetism of a community.  This is obviously not good news, and Village officials need to take positive steps to reverse this trend.
