The lead article in the September Mayor’s Bulletin was titled STEAM PLANT DEVELOPMENT COMING SOON. It went on to say that “Mr. Heines will be presenting his plans to Council on September 22nd.” It indicated that the 3+ acres site might be the future site of 18 homes.
In the Council Meeting on September 22nd there was no presentation or even mention of the Steam Plant project. With such an important development that does away with this hazardous eyesore, I think the residents of Mariemont have a ‘need to know’ interest.
